December 2021 Financial independence update

Observations:
It has been a good month finishing up the year. A bit of roller-coaster and expect more to come.  If inflation adjusted rate of return is 2% for the next 20 years, without additional investment it will grow to $1,200 K.  This is not a lot of money but will be enough to have some modest living.
I have been a bit slow on the updates but hopefully will be corrected this year. I have been reading and doing some online course from Harvard, so it should help with the underpinning knowledge going forward.
