Last year I have pointed that my portfolio requires diversification and I set it as one of my financial goals for 2012.

I am restricted by size of my emergency fund , which cannot be reduced (as it is equal to one years worth of expenses):
At the current investment rate $40K a year I can achieve aspired allocation by 2016.
